Just like last year JW Kaldenbach & Mimi Berlin got commissioned to portray the graduate bachelor students of ArtEZ Arnhem (University of Fine Arts situated in Arnhem, The Netherlands) and create an exhibition out of these portraits. Styled with a monumental pants made of wool by Collectie Arnhem 2017, pink plastic crates (from a secret place) The Standard chair (Vitra). Presentation ring by Bob Van Dijk. Exhibition: Watteau at Teylers Museum in Haarlem

Mimi Blogger Team went to the opening of the ‘Watteau’ exhibition at Teylers museum.

Jean-Antoine Watteau’s (1684-1721) work marked the beginning of the Rococo movement. More than 60 paintings and drawings by Watteau and followers can be seen at Teylers Museum. Designs by fashion students at the Rietveld Academy, made with Watteau’s paintings in mind, are situated throughout the museum as well.

Next to the designs ‘Project Rietveld at Teylers’ also includes  sketches of the students and a professional portfolio, photographed by JW Kaldenbach.
